Connector Type
LC, SC, FC, ST, and MPO/MTP — same on both ends or hybrid, matched to the equipment and panel ports.
Between every piece of active equipment and the fiber plant sits a patch cable — and if it is the wrong connector, the wrong polish, or poorly terminated, the whole link inherits its loss.
Fiber patch cables are the short, connectorised leads that join transceivers, patch panels, and equipment, and getting them right is the difference between a clean link and a mystery fault.
Aevumix is a fiber patch cables manufacturer with 30 years of experience, building patch cords in every connector, mode, and polish combination your customers run.
The range covers single mode and multimode patch cords in simplex and duplex, every common connector — LC, SC, FC, ST, and MPO/MTP — with UPC or APC polish, in custom lengths and colours. All are open to OEM and ODM supply.

How Patch Cords Are Specified
Selecting fiber patch cables comes down to three decisions that must all match the port they plug into.
First the connector: the optical fiber connector type — LC dominates high-density equipment, SC and FC persist in legacy and specialised gear, and MPO/MTP carries the multi-fiber trunks of the data center — and a patch cord can be the same connector on both ends or a hybrid that adapts between them.
Second the mode: single mode or multimode, matched to the fiber it patches into, never mixed.
Third, and easy to overlook, the polish. UPC (ultra physical contact) suits most data and enterprise links, while APC (angled physical contact) is specified where low back reflection matters — analog video, high-bit-rate, and PON — because its angled end face sends reflections into the cladding instead of back down the fiber.
Get any of the three wrong and the patch cord raises loss or reflection at exactly the point you can least afford it. Match connector, mode, and polish to the port, and the lead disappears into the link the way it should.

OEM / ODM Programs
A patch cord is a set of choices, and as a fiber patch cables supplier we build each to your order: connector type and combination (LC, SC, FC, ST, MPO), mode (OS2 single mode, OM3/OM4/OM5 multimode), polish (UPC or APC), simplex or duplex, and jacket rating (LSZH, PVC, riser, plenum). Insertion and return loss are tested to the grade you specify.
The brand and format layer is complete. Jacket colour, connector boot colour, printed legend and length marking, and bagging or retail packaging all ship as your product. For buyers building a full offer, patch cords pair naturally with our bulk cable and connectivity range.
However you sell them, they arrive private-label from the factory, at wholesale pricing and a workable MOQ, with samples to verify loss and fit before volume.

Six dimensions define a patch cord build. Use them as your OEM brief.
LC, SC, FC, ST, and MPO/MTP — same on both ends or hybrid, matched to the equipment and panel ports.
OS2 single mode or OM3/OM4/OM5 multimode, matched to the fiber the cord patches into — never mixed.
UPC for most data links; APC's angled end face for low back reflection on video, high-bit-rate, and PON.
Single-fiber simplex or paired duplex, with duplex clips and polarity for transceiver pairs.
LSZH, PVC, riser, or plenum jacket in your colour, matched to fire code and routing.
Custom cut lengths with tested insertion and return loss to the grade your customers certify against.
Share the connectors, mode, polish, length, and colour your customers need; we confirm the patch cord build.
We set connectors, polish, and jacket, then align OEM boots, print, and packaging to your brand.
Samples let you verify insertion loss, return loss, and fit before volume.
Stable manufacturing with consistent QC, flexible MOQs, and global logistics for ongoing supply.
Insertion and return loss tested to grade means the patch cord disappears into the link instead of becoming the fault.
Connectors, jacket, boots, and packaging all ship under your brand — a private-label patch cord line, not re-badged leads.
LC, SC, FC, ST, and MPO in single mode and multimode, UPC or APC, from one manufacturer simplifies your sourcing.
A real engineer, usually within a business day, for distributors and installers in 40+ countries.
LC, SC, FC, ST, and MPO/MTP, in matching or hybrid combinations. We build the connector pair to the equipment and panel ports your customers use, in single mode or multimode.
UPC has a flat physical-contact end face suited to most data links; APC has an angled end face that sends back reflection into the cladding, giving much lower reflectance for analog video, high-bit-rate, and PON. We supply both and help you match polish to the application.
Yes — OS2 single mode and OM3, OM4, and OM5 multimode. The cord's fiber must match the fiber it patches into, and we build and colour-code accordingly.
Yes. We build MPO/MTP trunk and breakout patch cords for high-density data center connectivity, with defined polarity and tested loss.
Fully. Jacket colour, boot colour, printed legend and length, and packaging all carry your brand — a private-label patch cord line at a workable MOQ.
Custom cut lengths to your order, from short equipment jumpers to longer runs, colour-coded and length-marked as you specify.
Yes. Insertion loss and return loss are tested to the grade you specify, with results available, so the leads certify cleanly on your customers' links.
Tell us about your application and we will respond with material recommendations, sample options, and pricing as soon as possible.
