Fiber Optic Cables

Every network begins with the glass that carries the light. Fiber optic cables are the physical backbone of fiber-optic communication — the medium that has to survive the conduit, the duct, the trench, and the equipment room while keeping loss low for decades.

Aevumix is a fiber optic cables manufacturer with 16 years of experience, supplying single mode and multimode cable across indoor, outdoor, and backbone constructions to distributors, installers, and OEM brands worldwide.

The range spans indoor patch and distribution cable, outdoor and armored cable for duct and aerial routes, and the fiber types your customers specify — OS2 single mode and OM3, OM4, and OM5 multimode. Every construction is open to OEM and ODM supply.

Cable Types and Construction

Choosing the Right Fiber Optic Cables for the Route

The right fiber optic cables are decided by where they run and what they carry. The fiber type comes first: OS2 single mode for long reach and high bandwidth, and OM3, OM4, or OM5 multimode for shorter, cost-sensitive data center and enterprise links. Get this wrong and the link is limited before it is even installed, so it is the specification every buyer confirms up front.

Then comes construction, which the environment dictates. Indoor cable uses riser or plenum-rated jackets for safe routing through buildings; outdoor cable adds water-blocking, UV-resistant jackets and strength members for duct and aerial runs; and armored cable wraps the fibers in steel or dielectric protection where rodents, crush, or harsh conditions threaten.

Fiber count scales from a simplex patch lead to high-count backbone trunks. Match fiber type, jacket, armor, and count to the route, and the cable performs for the life of the network.

Fiber Optic Cables Configured by the Manufacturer

Because every network is specified differently, customisation starts with the build. As a fiber optic cables manufacturer and supplier, we configure the fiber type and grade (OS2, OM3, OM4, OM5), the fiber count, the jacket material and rating (LSZH, PVC, riser, plenum), and the armor and strength members to the route and standard your customers run.

The brand and format layer is complete. Jacket print and legend, reel and drum labels, cut lengths and packaging, and connectorised assemblies where required all ship as your product.

Whether a buyer needs indoor distribution cable, outdoor armored trunk, or pre-terminated assemblies, it arrives private-label from the factory, at wholesale pricing and a workable MOQ, with samples to validate performance before volume.

Frequently Asked Questions

Indoor patch and distribution cable, outdoor and armored cable for duct and aerial routes, and backbone trunks — in OS2 single mode and OM3, OM4, and OM5 multimode. We build to your fiber count, jacket, and length.

Single mode (OS2) carries light in one path for long reach and high bandwidth; multimode (OM3/OM4/OM5) suits shorter data center and enterprise links at lower system cost. We supply both and help you match the fiber to the link.

Yes. We build outdoor cable with UV-resistant, water-blocked jackets and steel or dielectric armor for duct, direct-burial, aerial, and rodent-prone routes, with strength members sized to the installation.

LSZH, PVC, riser, and plenum jackets to match indoor fire-code requirements and outdoor environmental exposure. Tell us the standard your market requires and we configure the jacket accordingly.

Fully. Jacket print and legend, reel and drum labels, cut lengths, and packaging all carry your brand — a private-label cable line at a workable MOQ.

Yes. We provide connectorised assemblies and pre-terminated cable alongside bulk cable, so you can source both raw reels and ready-to-install leads from one factory.

Fiber attenuation, geometry, and mechanical performance are verified to specification, with batch records available. Consistent, documented quality is what lets you certify the links built from our cable.
